Because of the steep angle and the brightness of the sky on this particular day, it was difficult for everyone in the photo to smile and not squint at the same time. I decided to wait until I got back to the office and make the final photo from the best bits and pieces of the rest. The changes are very slight in most cases but make all the difference in the end.
