THE PAINTED BELLY The Painted Belly makes plaster casts of the belly of a mother-to-be and hand-paints each one. The owner wanted a colorful theme that tied in with the company name and still remained professional looking. I went through several logo variations until I finally hit upon the paintbrush and body curves that form the "B" in Belly. It's not easy to effectively use rainbow colors in an identity package but both the owner and I were happy with the results here.
